WE ARE THE PEOPLE
Senior Men
Our 2022 Senior Men are competing in the North West Victoria State 1st Division. The team is made up of not only the very best players, but those who work extremely hard to reach the goals they’ve set for themselves as individuals and as a group this year.

Ross Harvey
Centre Back & Captain
The highlight of Ross’s playing career was playing in the 2018 Scottish Junior Cup Final with Auchinleck Talbot FC.
Ross is a proven no-nonsense hard-tackling defender who has displayed admirable leadership qualities on and off the park. During his time at ACSC Ross has become a fan favourite, especially with our Newroos.
“I can’t wait to hit the pitch with this great group of lads under coach Michael Calandrella – promotion here we come!”

Jamie Gazelle
Vice Captain & Right back
Jamie is looking forward to being back at HC Kim Reserve and is excited about the 2022 season. He is inspired by the good culture, great teammates, and positive winning attitude at ACSC.
His message to the ACSC community is to get behind the team this year, it is going to be a great year!
“We have had a great preseason under Mick, Anthony and Daniel. The team has gelled well and I am looking forward to what we can achieve together on the pitch.”

Damir Salcin
Goal Keeper
Damir is a highly sort after keeper who has plied his trade at the highest level in Victoria for more than a decade.
Having previously played for Dandenong City, Melbourne Knights, and St Albans he is also the safe hands that guided Dandenong City to the NPL2 title in 2018.
“I can’t wait to hit the pitch with this united, strong group of men and represent the goal square for Altona City Soccer Club.”

Patrick Cristea
Goal Keeper
A highly talented young goalkeeper Patrick is a great addition to the ACSC Senior Men’s Squad in 2022.
Patrick has spent the past few seasons at Preston Lions FC where he proved himself by displaying a willingness to learn and a safe set of hands in pressure-filled environments.
“I am looking forward to taking to the pitch at HC Kim Reserve and building on the good energy of the team to bring success to ACSC in 2022.”

Andelo Svalina

“After the last few seasons being disrupted I am looking forward to making an impact on the pitch and bringing success to ACSC in 2022.”

Anton Smith

‘It is a great community at ACSC & I am committed to the team and its development. It’s an exciting time to be involved at ACSC.’

Clinton Garley

Welcome, Clinton Garley!
Clinton signs with us from Werribee City.
The lightning-quick winger is another great addition to the Senior Men’s squad that is being built for season 2022. We can’t wait to see him leave opposition defenders behind.

David Mwarabu
