The U18s secured the 18A title on the weekend with an 11-1 win. They have so far gone unbeaten and have scored 80 goals!

The squad is the youngest in the league with four U16 boys.

Well done U18s!

 with Yoga

The U10 team limbered up at last Friday night’s training session with some yoga poses. The 30-minute yoga session was conducted by Carmen Weghaus from Inner Smile Yoga at the clubroom as part of the team’s training followed by a BBQ (and donuts!).

The U10 team has designed a yoga sheet complete with pictures for warm-down after soccer too.

Namaste.
