Important Club Announcement

ACSC – Return to Play Guidelines

As of 28 July 2021

It is great to welcome the players, their coaches, team managers, and one parent/carer per child back to the pitch BUT we want to be able to welcome our whole community back.
How do we achieve this? We respect and abide by the guidelines stipulated by Football Victoria, the State Government and Hobsons Bay City Council.
Current important guidelines –
  • Do not attend if feeling unwell
  • Sign in using the QR code provided
  • No general spectators are allowed.
  • COVID officers will be in attendance at all entrances to assist with checking in with a QR code and to enforce the no spectator rule.
  • Only one parent /carer per child and support people for players with additional needs.
  • Masks must be worn both indoors and outdoors, unless engaging in strenuous physical exercise, such as jogging or running.
  • Socially distancing must be adhered to.
Please read all the documents below before you attend training or a match.  We envisage that coaches may face difficulties ensuring young players understand and adhere to the requirements and guidelines outlined. We ask that parents and carers discuss the requirements prior to returning to the pitch to assist the coaching team.

Volunteers are required as COVID SAFE Officers and CLEANERS for light cleaning to ensure we are compliant with the COVID cleaning requirements.

To volunteer, please email – clubmanager@altonacitysc.com

This is our new normal and it will ensure that we stay safe and on the pitch. Please assist us in this by putting your hand up to volunteer.
